Orphic Soundworks maintains absolute discretion. Any personal data (email, name, phone) gathered during session bookings or contact forms is solely for scheduling, legal invoicing, and communication. We never share with third parties.

1. Booking & deposit: 50% deposit required for sessions over 3 hours. Cancellation with 48h notice: full refund. Less than 24h: deposit retained.
2. Studio etiquette: No outside food/drink in control room. Engineer has final say on signal chains. Clients under influence not permitted.
3. IP & usage: You own 100% of your masters. Orphic Soundworks may use 10s snippet for portfolio unless opted out in written form.
4. Liability: We recommend client backup drives. Studio not responsible for data loss due to third-party hardware failure.
